No, we keep all recipes clean—no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives.
Do your products contain gelatin?
No, every Medanature product is made with plant-derived pectin.
How do I know what’s in each product?
We believe in transparency. You’ll find a full ingredient list on each product page, along with a QR code on every product label that links to third-party testing—so you can verify the ingredients and quality on every order.
Shipping Questions
Where do you ship?
Our products are federally legal to be shipped to all 50 states and compliant with the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Industrial Hemp Program.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hrs. From there, delivery is usually made within 2 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping rates can vary depending on the delivery address—and from time to time, we also offer free shipping promotions!
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can keep tabs on your package every step of the way.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
